Refund policy

Right of cancellation

The consumer will have the right to cancel their order without giving any reason, for a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receiving the product. The consumer may send the entire order or, if he/she prefers, may send any of the products that make up the total order and, all without penalty and without having to indicate the reasons.

The consumer shall bear the direct cost of the return to TATTECO, whether he/she returns the entire order or decides to return only some of the products in the order.

In order to carry out the return, you should contact TATTECO through the following URL https://www.tatteco.com/pages/contact-us. After receiving this communication, TATTECO will indicate to you the best way to send the order to their offices or warehouses.

The consumer must send the product to the following offices/warehouses of TATTECO: Calle Nueva 26, 3 Drcha, 20150, Villabona (Guipúzcoa), España.

TATTECO is not responsible for the courier company that the consumer contracts for the return of the order. In this sense, TATTECO recommends the consumer to require the courier company to provide proof of delivery once the courier has deposited the product at the offices of TATTECO, so that the consumer has proof that the product has been correctly delivered to TATTECO. TATTECO is not responsible for the address where the consumer sends the order for return if this address is different from those indicated. TATTECO may ask the consumer to send such proof of delivery for verification.

The costs for the return of the order (e.g. shipping costs through courier companies) will be handled directly by the consumer.

The product must be in perfect condition and with all its labels, packaging and - if applicable - documentation and original accessory elements that came with it. If the consumer does not proceed in this way or if the product has suffered any damage, the consumer accepts that the product may suffer a depreciation or that TATTECO may refuse the exercise of the right of cancellation by the consumer.

Once TATTECO verifies that the order is in optimal condition, TATTECO will proceed to refund the total amount paid by the consumer.

If the consumer decides to return the order completely, TATTECO will refund the consumer the totality of the amounts paid by him/her (including shipping costs related to the delivery of TATTECO to the consumer).

If the consumer wishes to return only one or some of the products which were part of an order, TATTECO will not be able to refund the shipping costs which the consumer has paid for the entire order.

Failed Delivery

If the products cannot be successfully delivered because a) the delivery address reported on the Order is not correct; b) the Customer is not reachable after various attempts – the number of delivery attempts will be defined by the carrier; or c) the Customer refuses and cancels the Order when the Good is delivered to the address specified on the Order, the parcel may be returned to the postal service’s sorting office or the courier's warehouse. If the delivery company then returns the items to TATTECO, the order will be shipped again at the client’s expense or cancelled. If cancelled, there is a $20 unclaimed shipping fee. During this process we incur costs in money, time and labor that are lost when an order is returned. All unclaimed shipment fees will be deducted from your refund. If the payment of your order falls behind the unclaimed shipment fee, you will not be elegible for a refund.

Delays

Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity, and cannot be used as reason for cancelling the order.

Return of defective products

The consumer may return to TATTECO, free of charge, any product that is defective or that does not meet the description. Taking into account the nature of the products purchased, the consumer will have a period of two (2) months to communicate it to TATTECO through the contact channel https://www.tatteco.com/pages/contact-us, indicating the defective product or products, attaching photographs and other evidence that demonstrate the defects or lack of conformity of the products, as well as a detailed list of the defects found, the purchase order and any other additional documentation that provides identification of the purchase made by the consumer.
